Its such an honor for me to be entrusted as the project manager of this event, with a 2-month process leading up to the implementation of course there were several challenges in preparing for this event, for me personally the experience certainly gave me a lot of learning as an event specialist.

Lakeside wedding festival is an exhibition of wedding vendors that carries the theme educational to marriage, this event is created with the aim of helping brides and grooms to prepare for their wedding, not just choosing vendors but preparing themselves with pre-wedding education, so this event is equipped with various programs from pre-wedding psychology seminars, premarital health talk shows, wedding planning workshops, to engagement makeup tutorials.

Exhibition Supervisor

I am deeply honored to be personally selected by the Network as the organizer and exhibition supervisor for ICAP 2024, a prestigious collaboration between the Korean Aesthetic Doctors Association (ASLS) and the Banten Aesthetic Doctors Association (Perdaweri).

Last year, I managed 23 exhibitors for ICAP 2023, an experience that prepared me for this year’s expanded challenge of overseeing 66 exhibitors. My role includes coordinating booth designs and ensuring exceptional hospitality for exhibitor staff.

This opportunity reflects my dedication to excellence and motivates me to contribute to the success of this significant international event

This event was a significant milestone as it marked my first experience independently managing an end-to-end planning process. As an Event Specialist at Seemore Event Organizer, I took on dual roles: Project Manager during the planning phase and Event Coordinator on the event day.

The event combined a product launch with the announcement of a strategic partnership between two prominent companies. From conceptualizing the theme to coordinating stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution, I managed every detail. This opportunity sharpened my project management skills and reinforced my passion for delivering impactful, high-quality events.

Just one weeks before the event, I was tasked with creating a specific team-building concept aimed at resolving internal conflicts within the company. Through in-depth analysis of their culture and dynamics, I developed a tailored program that addressed their unique challenges.

Working with Husky Energy was more than a professional engagement—it inspired me to step out of my comfort zone, build my own team, and embrace leadership. This transformative experience solidified my belief in the power of innovative solutions and strong leadership to overcome any challenge.

As someone who loves spreading happiness and love, it was an incredibly meaningful and proud moment for me to organize the special day for a couple from different nationalities. Their love story transcended borders, and I was honored to be part of it.

The challenge was to create an intimate atmosphere for the couple while hosting 1,500 guests. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to reflect their love and ensure each guest felt included. Managing such a large event pushed my creativity and problem-solving skills, and the joy of seeing their vision come to life made this experience truly unforgettable for me.

this is one of the international concerts held in Indonesia, this event takes up the entire venue at Jiexpo.I was recruited by one of the contractor booths at the event that handled the BNI booth. it's nice I got the opportunity to learn how a booth is built, and on the day I was charged as one of the staff in the VIP Lounge

INAMICE 2021

Program Supervisor

INAMICE 2021, is a national MICE conference and exhibtion with hybrid concept. that gathered by MICE stakeholder and more than 400 participant. And this year with theme “The Next Level of Branding MICE Indonesia”. While creating this event i got role as program division supervisor who responsible at the whole program of INAMICE 2021, which i lead three other sub division such plenary division, supporting program division and talent treatment division.
